Each 45 minute session is designed to challenge our players with repetition, high intensity, football specific movements, that allows players to express themselves and gain confidence. Every session is tailored to the player's needs. Experience 1000+ touches of the ball, improving technique, increasing fitness levels and focus.
Everything is based around match specific scenarios so players can gain an understanding of how they can apply it to their game. We run one-to-one sessions between April and October during the warmer seasons.
