Each 45 minute session is designed to challenge our players with repetition, high intensity, football specific movements, that allows players to gain confidence through improving their technical ability, speed, agility and football understanding. Every session is tailored to the player's needs. Experience 1000+ touches of the ball every session and see players grow all areas
Everything is based around match specific scenarios so players can gain an understanding of how they can apply it to their game. We run one-to-one sessions between April and October.
